Leadership Allen
Leadership Allen is a nine month human development program designed to train and encourage Allen business people and residents to take an active role in determining the future of Allen. The objective of the program is to develop a heightened sense of community awareness, involvement and leadership. Led by community professionals and civic leaders, the sessions combine classroom instruction, panel discussions, on-site visits and class interaction with session leaders. Classes begin in September and go through May of the following year.

Each year the Chamber presents, in conjunction with Leadership Allen and Tom Pearce with iLead Consulting a full day of leadership training and personal skills development to the public. “Leadership Day” is quickly becoming a premier event in the Chamber’s programming.
